 Purity Pledge

All brands chosen by Petal and Post must meet a strict Purity Pledge, be free of toxins, be effective in their performance and offer absolute luxury. They must also conform to Our Strict 'Free From' Ingredients Policy which is a comprehensive list of ingredients found on government watch lists around the world.

This list includes sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS), sodium laureth sulfate (SLES), parabens, propylene, or butylene glycols, petroleum, PEGs, TEA, DEA, phthalates, GMO, silicones, pesticides, BPA, lead, artificial dyes, harmful synthetic fragrances or animal by-products and many more.

These brands must also maintain and earn Certifications and Accreditations from world recognized associations like USDA Organic, Eco Cert, Forest Stewardship Council, Leaping Bunny and more.

An easy way to find out if a brand and/or product is truly green is to look for a couple of ingredients like sodium laurel sulfate (SLS) and phenoxyethanol these ingredients should NOT be in any product claiming to be green.
